The short version
Everboost is a Klaviyo agency for 7-8 figure health and wellness ecommerce brands. We build and run Klaviyo as what it has become, the B2C CRM underneath your whole retention engine: unified customer data powering the segmentation, flows, campaigns and SMS that grow repeat revenue.
Why treat Klaviyo as a CRM rather than an email tool?
Because that is what it is now. Klaviyo positions itself as the only CRM built for B2C: one customer data platform underneath marketing, analytics and service, unifying profiles from 350+ integrations in real time, and it reports customers seeing up to a 29% increase in repeat purchases. Whatever you make of vendor numbers, the direction is right. The brands winning on retention are not the ones sending more email; they are the ones whose customer data, segmentation and messaging all run off a single source of truth.
The platform now spans five layers on one customer data foundation: the data platform itself, marketing across email, SMS and push, analytics with RFM segmentation and predictive customer lifetime value, service through Customer Hub, and AI agents. Most Klaviyo accounts we audit use a fraction of that. The data is fragmented, segments are static, flows were set up once and forgotten. Our job is the difference between owning Klaviyo and actually running it as your CRM.
Where Klaviyo accounts leak
The patterns we find in almost every audit:
- Leak 01
An ESP, not a CRM
Klaviyo used only to send. The customer data underneath, the part that decides who hears what and when, sits unused.
- Leak 02
Static segments
Built once at setup, never recalculated, so the "engaged" segment slowly fills with people who left months ago.
- Leak 03
Default attribution
Flattering numbers steering real decisions. Wins get claimed that Shopify never saw.
- Leak 04
Deliverability drift
Sender reputation slides for months before anyone notices, and by then campaigns are landing in spam.
What we build in Klaviyo
- The data foundation. Integrations wired correctly, profiles unified, and RFM-style segmentation that decides who is worth keeping, winning back or letting go.
- The flow library. Welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, winback and subscription lifecycle, engineered around how your customers actually reorder. For Discount Supplements we rebuilt 12 automations into 23 and cut median time to second order from 63 to 43 days.
- The campaign engine. Full calendars in your brand voice, built from your customers' own language. Discount Supplements went from 125 campaigns a year to 336, while discount per order fell 33%.
- SMS. Run from the same profiles and segments as email, so the channels reinforce each other instead of competing.
- Deliverability. For Salt Grooming: sender reputation 59 to 80, spam placement 20.8% to 8.9%, +132% campaign revenue.

Klaviyo questions we publish answers to
We write working guides from what we see in live client accounts, including an honest review of where Klaviyo falls short:
- How much does Klaviyo cost? The full UK pricing ladder, verified July 2026.
- Is Klaviyo's attributed revenue accurate? How attribution works and the settings we recommend.
- Klaviyo Smart Sending: when to turn it off. Why a skip is permanent.
- What is Klaviyo Composer? The AI agent, and where it works.
- The Klaviyo MCP server field guide. What it can and cannot do.
- Klaviyo weaknesses: an honest agency review. Five real ones, with mitigations.
Where to start
The diagnostic comes first.
It starts with an intro call, a consultative conversation about your brand. If there is a fit, we run a full diagnostic of your retention engine and you get:
- 01
Customer data, read properly
How your customers actually reorder: the gaps, the cohorts, and who is worth keeping, winning back or letting go.
- 02
Every message reviewed
A flow-by-flow and campaign review of everything currently running, and what each piece is doing to revenue.
- 03
Subscriptions and the offer
The programme mechanics and whether customers have a reason to come back that is not a bigger discount.
- 04
The findings, ranked
What each leak is costing you and the first lever to pull. Yours to keep whether we work together or not.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a Klaviyo partner agency?
Yes, Everboost is a Klaviyo partner, and we build in Klaviyo daily across our client roster of health and wellness brands, alongside Loop, Skio, Attentive and Shopify. The work on this site, the flow rebuilds, deliverability repairs and subscription programmes in our case studies, was all delivered in Klaviyo.
We already run Klaviyo in-house. What would you actually change?
Usually a lot, and the diagnostic will show you specifically. Most accounts we audit run static segments, a partial flow library and default attribution settings, which means the platform is being used as an email tool rather than a CRM. When Klaviyo has underperformed for a brand, the cause is almost always the setup rather than the platform, and that is fixable.
Can you migrate us to Klaviyo from another platform?
Yes, and nothing gets switched off until its replacement is live and tested. We map everything currently running in week one and sequence the migration so revenue never has a gap.
Is Klaviyo's attributed revenue accurate?
It is a claim about influence, not a ledger of cash, and with default settings it flatters the channel. We report it alongside the numbers that show up in your accounts: repeat orders, second-order rate and subscriber revenue. We published a full breakdown of how Klaviyo attribution works and the settings we recommend.
Does Klaviyo work with Loop, Skio, Recharge and Shopify?
Yes. Subscription events from Loop, Skio and Recharge flow into Klaviyo profiles, which is what makes proper subscription lifecycle messaging possible: upcoming-order reminders, churn-risk saves and upsells triggered by real subscription state rather than guesswork.
How much does Klaviyo cost?
Klaviyo prices by active profiles, free up to 250 and climbing with list size, with SMS billed separately and UK SMS costing several times US rates. We keep a full UK-focused pricing guide up to date on our insights, including how to reduce a Klaviyo bill without cutting customers who would have returned.
Can you fix our deliverability?
Deliverability repair is core work for us. For Salt Grooming we took sender reputation from 59 to 80 and cut spam placement from 20.8% to 8.9%, which is a large part of why campaign revenue rose 132%. Volume is never the fix; sending patterns, list hygiene and engagement segmentation are.
