We build retention engines for 7-8 figure health & wellness brands. Email, SMS, direct mail and subscriptions, pointed at the number that matters most: how many customers come back.
It starts with a conversation about your brand. If there's a fit, we run a full diagnostic on your engine and show you exactly where revenue is leaking.
"Our programme has improved significantly since working with them. Retention has improved, our subscribers are more engaged, and we're seeing real commercial impact from the channel."

Sound familiar?
The leaky bucket
You're acquiring a hell of a lot of new customers. They buy once and vanish, and it starts to feel like giving money away to Meta.
The flatline
Five new subscribers come in, four churn out. The line on the dashboard never really grows, and never really drops.
The discount spiral
Sending more, discounting more, then sending more again. You can't send your way out of it.
Set and forget
Flows built in year one and never touched since. Nobody owns it, so nothing compounds.
None of these are email problems. They're engine problems.
The costume problem
You've probably lived it. The ideas came from your team. They executed well enough, and it stopped there. The calendar got filled, the campaigns went out, and the number that actually matters, how many customers come back, didn't move.
The email agency
A retention partner
You can't out-email a broken engine.
The Retention Engine
Customers are the fuel: quality in decides quality out. The engine is everything that makes them come back. We build it in three layers. Click into each one.
Before anything ships, we map the whole engine. Where customers come from, what they buy first, why they don't come back, and what every message is actually doing. You see the whole picture, ranked by what it's costing you.
The system that creates the second order. The offer and the first experience, the flows and campaigns around them, the subscription programme and the post-purchase journey, built in your brand's voice and shipped weekly.
Retention pays more every month it runs. We test, measure and iterate against the numbers you can bank, with a quarterly strategy rhythm so the engine keeps getting stronger rather than going stale.
What we actually do
Flows and campaigns, strategised, written, designed and shipped. The full channel, owned end to end.
SMS & WhatsApp
The messages that earn their place in the most personal inbox your customers have.
Direct mail
Physical reactivation for the customers email can't reach any more. Unit economics first, always.
Subscriptions
Churn reduction, cancellation saves, offers and portal experience. The programme, not just the emails around it.
Data & analytics
Cohorts, repurchase behaviour and honest reporting. Knowing which customers are actually profitable, and acting on it.
List growth
Signup forms and popups tested properly, so the engine gets more fuel without cheapening the brand.
We diagnose everything. We contract for the parts above. If your biggest problem sits somewhere we don't sell, the diagnostic will say so, and we'll point you at the right fix rather than sell you the wrong one.
The work
The reaction the work is built for. A few recent sends, straight from client accounts. Hover to read one.
Run your numbers
Drag the sliders to your numbers and see what your customers are worth today, and what they'd be worth with the engine tuned. Modelled on the conservative end of our client results.
A rough guess is fine. The diagnostic finds the real number.
Your 12-month customer value today
£81
With a tuned engine
£94
Worth an extra £151,000 in revenue over 12 months.
An illustrative model, not a promise. Every engine is different; the diagnostic shows what's actually available in yours.

What our clients say
"Quite a few times in the past 12 months I've considered giving equity away in the business just to raise money. But now I feel like I don't need to do that. Which is probably the biggest thing."
★★★★★
"Will they go quiet after month one?"
"Every week, without fail, there's an update in our inbox. No chasing, no wondering what's happening, it just arrives."
★★★★★
"Is this just email?"
"Everboost go beyond email to consider retention improvement across the board. I couldn't recommend them more."
★★★★★
"Will the quality hold?"
"The quality and attentiveness has remained consistent throughout, which I find is rare to come by these days."
★★★★★
"Are they actually organised?"
"I do want to say how impressed I am with your process and organisation as a company."
★★★★★
"Is the strategy real, or just sends?"
"The meetings leading up to the main season promotions were strategic and that was really good. We also loved the various email designs and the communication on Slack."
★★★★★
"Do the results actually come?"
"We saw a 20% increase in revenue in just three months. The best part has been the consistent communication and detailed feedback we receive."
How it works
A consultative conversation, not a pitch. We hear your story, get context on the brand, and work out together whether we can actually help.
If there's a fit, we go away and run a full diagnostic on your retention engine: customer data, offer, subscriptions, and every message you send.
What's costing you the most, ranked, plus the first lever to pull. Yours to keep whether we work together or not.
If we fit, you get a proposal and a 90-day roadmap. If we don't, you still walk away knowing exactly what to fix.
Flows, campaigns, subscription fixes, post-purchase experience and data, shipped weekly, with a message from your strategist in Slack every week.
Fair questions
No, and that's the point. Email is one channel on the engine. We work on the whole system: the offer, the second order, subscriptions, the data that decides who's worth keeping, and then the channels that amplify it. If you only want campaigns sent, a freelancer is cheaper and we'll happily say so.
Almost every brand we work with arrived with scar tissue. What they stay for: proactive communication, strategy that comes from us rather than being extracted from your team, a quality bar that doesn't slip after month one, and reporting on repeat revenue rather than opens and clicks. Judge us on the first 90 days.
The strategist you meet before signing is the strategist who runs your account. No bait and switch, no hand-off to a junior after month one. You can interview them first, the way you would an internal hire.
Nothing gets switched off until its replacement is live and tested. We map everything currently running in week one, and the migration is sequenced so revenue never has a gap. You keep proper new shoes before the old ones come off.
It depends on the state of your engine, which is exactly what the diagnostic tells you. What we won't do is sell you 'Klaviyo-attributed revenue' as a win. The numbers we report are the ones you can bank: repeat orders, second-order rate, subscriber revenue and churn.
Probably not yet, and we'd rather tell you than take the retainer. At that stage your cash usually works harder in acquisition and offer testing. Book the call anyway if you're unsure: we've pointed plenty of brands at the right next step and they've come back later.
Your customers should never notice an agency arrived. We build a voice guide from your actual customer language before anything ships, and design in your world, not from templates. It's why founders who are precious about their brand stay with us.
Retention compounds rather than spikes. Quick wins land in the first month or two, but the engine's real output shows over a quarter and keeps building. Anyone promising a retention transformation in two weeks is selling you a discount code.
In their own words
Where to start
We map your whole retention engine and show you what's working, what's underpowered, and which part is costing you the most. If the biggest fix isn't something we sell, we'll tell you that too.
