About these terms
These terms govern your use of everboost.co.uk (the "site"), operated by Everboost Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15082065). By using the site you accept these terms. They cover the website only: any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence for that work.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it freely. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or disrupts it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including copy, design, graphics, the Everboost name and logo, and the structure of our frameworks and tools, belongs to Everboost Ltd or is used under licence. Client names, logos, testimonials and results appear with permission and remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written consent, apart from brief quotations with attribution.
Case studies and results
The results shown on the site are drawn from verified client data and are reported accurately for the periods described. They are illustrations of past work, not promises. Every brand starts from a different place, and we make no guarantee that your results will match those of any client shown.
No professional advice
Content on the site, including the calculator, is general information. It is not financial, legal or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for business decisions. The calculator produces estimates from the numbers you enter; the outputs are only as good as the inputs.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available, accurate and current, but we provide it "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
