Who we are
This website, everboost.co.uk, is operated by Everboost Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15082065). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at admin@everboost.co.uk.
The information we collect
We keep this deliberately light. We collect:
- Information you give us. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you share: typically your name, email address, company name and anything you tell us about your brand.
- Call bookings. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give to booking questions, and shares them with us. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies.
- Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you to us by name.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or buy data about you.
How we use it and our legal bases
- To respond to you and run booked calls, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or in taking steps to enter a contract with you.
- To understand and improve the site, using analytics, on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
- To keep the site secure, using technical logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a marketing list just because you emailed us or booked a call.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site work: Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics), Netlify (hosting), and our email provider. Each acts under its own privacy terms and appropriate data protection safeguards. We never sell personal information.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the ICO-approved International Data Transfer Agreement and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and no longer than necessary. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies unless you allow them. Analytics only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie banner; if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is set and the site works exactly the same. Accepting sets Google Analytics cookies (names beginning _ga), which distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@everboost.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
